Software seems to have issues

My software is having trouble signing in offline. I’ve cleared the cache each time before opening it since it was getting stuck on synchronizing but it seems to still have trouble opening. PLEASE fix these issues and do an update or something; otherwise, I’ll have to discontinue my membership. :frowning:

Have you tried emailing shaxpir support? They fixed my problem within a week! In their email reply they also mentioned they’re working on an update.
