I have been having trouble with this app for three days now. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled, reinstalled, same result. I uploaded the app to another computer. Same issues. I emailed Support on the first day. No response. Sent an email on the second day. No response. All of my work is on this app. If I cannot at least access my work so that I can export it then I don’t know what I’m going to do. I paid for the Pro version. I don’t see the benefit. Worst of all is that Support doesn’t respond to emails but I receive a prompt response when my account is debited every month. I’m extremely frustrated and I think I’ve been patient. I just need a response and some guidance on what I should try next. I think that is the least I can expect considering I pay a fee for this. Reading the other tech issues, this seems to be a regular problem just as not receiving a response is a regular issue. I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed in this program and in the service.
