Well, my “Author Bio” reads thusly:
My relationship with stories changed forever when my high school English Literature teacher acted out Grendel’s slaughter of the warriors of Heorot in the middle of class. That sparked a thirst for adventure that led me to kneel at the tomb of King Arthur, drink in the magic of Alaska’s aurora borealis, and fly a fighter jet over the Euphrates River. Now I write to share that wonder of discovery, and inspire the world with tales of triumph over the struggles we all share as human beings.
In addition, I’m the dad to four great boys, and married to a “super sexy physicist” (with the t-shirt to prove it!). I’ve lived in the Ogden, UT area for… dang… seven years now? No, wait… eight. Eight years. It’s weird to think I’ve lived in one place that long. In our first six years of marriage, my wife and I had twelve different addresses. Air Force life… go fig’.

As a day job, I work in the Weber County Clerk/Auditor’s Office as the Chief Deputy. That means I oversee the folks who handle passport applications, marriage licenses, tax relief, tax exempt organizations, property value appeals, and sort out anything that’s on fire that no one else wants to touch.
When I’m not working, writing, or doing the family thing, I’m also part of the Star Wars charity costuming/cosplay community. We dress up as Star Wars characters to visit children’s hospitals, raise money for charities such as the Make A Wish Foundation, and generally just try to brighten the day for people.
That’s me front and center as Tor Mori, Mandalorian Bounty Hunter

I am primarily a sci-fi/fantasy author, and my first novel is deep in revision. I have also been known to dabble in answering questions on Quora, and was named a Top Writer for 2016. One of my pieces was featured on Newsweek Online, which did wonders for my ego… er, I mean… my confidence.
I am working on building my author platform. I am most interactive on Facebook, but you can also find me on Twitter and Instagram.
